• Reviewing existing frameworks, systems, processes and activities to ensure they are fit for purpose, compliant and deliver clinical governance excellence;  
• Designing a comprehensive Quality Strategic plan and actively participate on a Clinical Governance Committee;   
• Support the implementation of a Quality and Safety System and provide training to your team to manage incidents and complaints appropriately under Open Disclosure framework guidelines;
• Provide expert assistance with managing all internal and external audits, ensuring 100% compliance with relevant Aged Care Quality and Safety standards and legislation;   
• Provide a gap analysis assessment, to assist with developing action plans and ensuring ongoing continuous improvements; and 
• Support the development or review of Emergency Management and Business Continuity planning.
